Terms of Use for Pandart AI

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Pandart AI! These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the developer, Yusuf Gül ("I," "me," or "my"), regarding your use of the Pandart AI mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

I may update these Terms from time to time. If I do, I will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

2. Using the App (Your Responsibilities)

You agree to use the App responsibly. By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your country.
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not try to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers.

3. Content You Provide

The App allows you to upload your own videos and images ("Your Content") to create AI-generated videos.

• You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it with the App.
• License to Me. To allow the App to function, you grant me a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of generating your AI video. This license automatically ends when your content is deleted from my servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to Your Content and the final AI-generated videos you create.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not upload any content or use the App to create any content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or pornographic.
• Infringes on anyone's intellectual property rights (like copyrights or trademarks).
• Violates anyone's right to privacy or publicity.
• Is intended to deceive, harass, or harm others.
• Promotes violence or discrimination.

I reserve the right to block users who violate these rules.

5. My Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its name "Pandart AI," its logo, design, source code, and all related graphics and text, are my exclusive property. I grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on your device according to these Terms. You are not permitted to copy, sell, or modify the App.

6. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at my discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, error-free, or that it will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF I HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
