This Privacy Policy describes how Yusuf Gül ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use the Pandart AI mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
Information I Collect
The App is designed to be simple and respects your privacy. I only collect the information that is essential to provide the App's features and to improve it.
- Media Content (Videos and Images): To create an AI video, the App requires you to upload your own videos or images ("Media Content"). This content is securely sent to my servers solely for the purpose of processing it to generate your AI video.
- Usage Data: I may collect anonymous information about how you interact with the App, such as which features you use and information about app crashes. This data is not linked to you personally and helps me fix bugs and improve the App's performance.
The App does not require you to create an account, and I do not collect other personal information like your name, email, or address through the App itself.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information I collect for the following specific purposes:
- To Provide the Service: The primary use of your Media Content is to process it and generate the AI video you requested.
- To Improve and Maintain the App: Anonymous Usage Data helps me understand how the App is being used, identify areas for improvement, and ensure its stability.
- To Provide Customer Support: If you contact me via email for support, I will use your email address and the information you provide to resolve your issue.
Information Sharing
I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
I may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist me in operating the App. For example, I use third-party cloud servers to perform the AI video processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your information to help me provide the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
I believe in data minimization and do not store your content for longer than necessary.
- Media Content: Your uploaded videos and images are automatically and permanently deleted from my servers shortly after your AI video has been successfully generated.
- Generated Videos: The final AI-generated videos may be stored for a brief period (e.g., up to 24 hours) to allow you enough time to download them. After this period, they are also permanently deleted.
Face Data Collection and Retention Policy
- 1. What face data is collected: We do not use Apple's TrueDepth camera or map your facial features. We only collect the standard 2D photos or videos you explicitly choose to upload to the Pandart AI app.
- 2. How we use face data: The uploaded media is used strictly for entertainment purposes to generate your personalized AI content within the app.
- 3. Face data sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose your face data to any third parties. All processing is strictly done using our proprietary, in-house AI models.
- 4. Data retention: Your original uploaded photos/videos are stored temporarily on our secure servers only for the duration of the AI generation process. Immediately after the AI content is generated, your original source media and any associated face data are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. We only retain the final generated AI content in your account, which you can delete at any time.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided me with information without your consent, please contact me so I can take steps to remove that information from my servers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
